Metal cabinets are planned and made so as to keep various technical equipment for making structures of pumps and air filters. This design comprises a blank panel for controlling switches and inserting panel also has holes for pipework and air ventilation. The cabinets were laser cut, bent and fabricated without any welding! And as fabrication, panels were riveted together. Riveting cabinets is a cost-effective and best solution for parts that are not facing the public
When designing these cabinets, it was considered that they would be situated in control rooms, sub stations or outbuildings. This led to the decision to exclude a high-quality welded edge, which was replaced by simple rivets. This quick manufacture is reflected in the quick time and low cost as the part does not need grinding and linishing before painting
These units were carefully painted with a dark black and prepared up for shipment to the customer. We pre-insert fitting bolts for the internal parts they’ll be installing. This saves time for customer during installation as the parts are partially fitted
