17 Nov Fire Extinguisher Cabinets: Manufacturing Process
Our freestanding metal cabinets are built to provide a series of fire extinguisher equipment, fire safety equipment and tools, may be traditional fire extinguishers, or may be for industrial sites. The cabinets are designed to be as sturdy as possible, to keep equipment inside by our CAD. The shop floor team gets to work after the drawings were finalized.
We used Laser cutter to cut the cabinets primarily with additional pieces created on CNC punch machine. We added hinges for durability, as well as bolt points for fastening the cabinets to the floor. The metal cabinets are designed to be tall enough for easy forklifts and hand forklift can go underneath to transport them effectively as they weigh a few kilos.
Hooks are added feature for lifting the cabinets when the cabinet is placed on a level where they are unreachable by forklift. We’ve added air vents to keep our equipment in best condition, and a gloss powder coat, red finish for custom markings.
