Depending on a project sometimes, all of our CNC cutting machines are combined with hand tools and saws as every project cannot be cut and formed on one machine. We are proud to be serving as a multiskilled solution for sheet metal fabricated parts, offering true flexibility in production at reduced costs with added value.
CAD Engineers at times conduct a visit to client’s site and study their needs for a unit and joining hands with them, design metal cages to hold the metalwork and parts as they have planned. The design of this product having panels and shelves, was tailored to the speed and power of our CNC Punch machine.
However, the flexibility and cutting ability of our sheet metal laser cutter allowed us to manufacture custom- made panels for the shelving. Also cutting details such as branding and easy castellation marks for designed assembly can be done. Further our team used drawings in hand with CNC programs to form panels and shelves from the pieces of metalwork.
