Manufacturing processes are done with innovation and efficient, utilizing the skills of our engineering team, experience of our press brake supervisors and well-trained operation staff. One fantastic example of this process is a recent air-conditioning panel that contains some rare shapes, which are then inserted with a particularly strongly threaded fastener.
With a range of unique tooling, press brake is used to force and press threads into metalwork. This press brake is capable of producing clean, consistent threads. The finished panel, complete with standard bends, is not further sent for any powder coating. It is simply ground and packaged for delivery to our customer.
The pieces are first cut on our CNC punching machine including all forms. The galvanized steel is cut into the desired shape, then threaded fasteners are inserted into the holes.
